Following several months of negotiations, I am pleased to announce that as of 1st June 2020 J4 UK has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Granning Group Ltd.
Our plan has always been to continually expand our business in the UK and Ireland, and by integrating our existing business with Grannings national structure of Sales and Warehousing we can achieve our goals much faster.
Granning Group expertise in Product Development, Procurement, Logistics and Information Technology are exactly the functions the business requires to keep up with the rapidly changing CV market and in the coming months our Product Range and Availability will benefit enormously from the new structure as we begin to combine our resources.
The basis of the business, including the current staff structure, will remain totally unchanged but more importantly we will continue to adhere to our key Company Philosophy, which has been to develop and supply only the highest quality products manufactured to exacting OE standards.
